I’m Shane, founder of Royal Studios and one of the original Fortnite streamers on Kick when it launched.
I spent years streaming night after night, talking with viewers, building a community, and connecting with other creators. I’ve lived the work that happens on stream and everything that has to happen around it.

Can you help if I’m starting from zero?
Yes. We can work with the equipment you already own, free tools, and a realistic plan for your first streams. Paid help is scoped to your budget; expensive gear is not a requirement.
I already have a following. Is this still for me?
Yes. We can refine your content and brand, improve your setup, build out Discord, launch a website or merch shop, or take agreed tasks off your plate.
Do you coach me or do the work?
Either. Choose a focused coaching session, a setup or creative project, or ongoing support. We agree on exactly what Royal Studios will handle before starting.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the work: a session, a fixed project fee, or ongoing monthly support. Hosting, software, equipment, and any merch arrangement are discussed separately before you commit.
Will I have to change my personality?
