Process
From a rough idea to the real thing.
See your idea take shape in days, with working previews each week. Work directly with Shane, get a clear timeline up front, and have support through launch and beyond.
-
Step one · Talk
Tell us the idea
A call or a text thread. We figure out the job the thing needs to do and who it's for. No decks, no discovery fee.
-
Step two · Sketch
See it in days
Clickable mockups and a clear scope. Change anything now while changing it is cheap.
-
Step three · Build
Weekly builds you can use
Real software on a real link, updated as we go. You test with your actual data and your actual people.
-
Step four · Launch
Ship it, then keep it sharp
Deploy, train your team, and stick around. Ads and content start the day the thing goes live.

Questions before we start?
What does a project cost?
A landing page starts in the low four figures. Full sites, custom apps, and POS systems scale with scope. Every project gets a fixed price before we start — no hourly surprises, no change-order games. Ads and content are a flat monthly fee, month to month.
How long does it take?
A landing page in about a week. A full site or a working app in three to five weeks. You see something clickable within days and real builds weekly, so nothing waits on a big reveal.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — code, domain, content, accounts, all in your name. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can. Most people stay for the care plan, not because they're stuck.
I only have half an idea. Is that enough?
That's how most of these start. Tell us the problem, not the solution. We'll sketch two or three shapes it could take and you pick the one that feels right.
